My oh my, I have to say that I continue to be amazed at the crochet community and how well received this pet project of mine has been... not to mention that we couldn't be helping a better person. If you read the Itsy Bitsy blog from February, you know that Karla deserves every bit of help she can get! So, to answer the question I seem to be asked the most, Yes, I'm still here!

Today I checked Etsy for Crocheted Angry Birds. Found at least one sold under the name Angry Bird, but found many under other names, Mad Birds, and Red Birds being a few. Can ItsySpider change the name of her angry birds, and continue to sell them on Etsy? Think she should write to ask, or... Pay for a half hour at attorney, she may find there is no need to take hers off Etsy. I know there are financial needs these patterns helped with, but maybe they could again. I feel bad for her.

I know, Rae! There are quite a few different designs based on the characters; although, their legal department must be busy because I see far less now than there were a year ago... Like I posted on her blog, I think she already talked to an attorney, and she didn't want to mess with it. I don't blame her. But at least there is one way (this bog) that people can continue to support her and get the patterns at the same time. :-D
